Trash the Dress
Photoshoot coming off within a few weeks - Trash the Dress. It’ll be shot on location with the new 31 megapixel Phase One digital back for the Hasselblad H1. Looking forward this one and I’ll be making large prints and a book of the pictures to show at the SECC in October.
SECC Scottish Wedding Show
Come and visit us on our

We’ll be showing HD Video from our multimedia
package, cards and lots of new ideas of interest.
Some of which will be incorporated into our special
offers. For those who register there’ll be a prize
draw 2 free photoshoot for two at our studio. We’ll
also be giving away 2 ‘guest signature’ wedding photo
frames (blank) to each of the lucky winners. You add
a picture and have at your reception for your guests
to sign. All prize winners will be notified by email
and prizes must be collected from our studio (time
limit applies). Prizes cannot be exchanged for any
other goods or services. We’ll also publish a list of
the lucky winners names on our website. The prize
draw will be ‘out of the hat’ and take place on
Sunday the 21st at the end of the show. Names will be
published as soon as afterwords on our website.

Just imagine your big day, you’ve spent lots of time and a whole lot of effort to make everything perfect. Florist, venue, cards, cake ‘the full Monty’. Then you discover that the choice of photographer wasn’t quite what you expected. You maybe thought it was the one area where you could cut a few corners, after all ‘who would notice’. A friend said he or she would do it, or perhaps they knew someone who could help after all they had a good camera. Oops, things went a wee bit wrong, some of the pictures didn’t come out. ‘the flash wasn’t working’, ‘the sun was in the wrong place’, ‘the bridesmaid was told not to move’. Now you’re asking yourself was it worth the least expensive option, after all ‘who would notice’! Better get in touch soon just in case! We’ll certainly make sure this doesn’t happen to you! If you can’t book on the two days of the show

we can sort out a shoot at a later date. However
it will only be available to clients who have
paid their booking fee.

Trash the Dress
Well not quite, more a photoshoot than outright destruction. We expect the dress to get dirty and possibly wet, who knows perhaps more. What we are hoping for is a set of pictures that can be made into a large photobook and large high quality prints. Makeup artist Lynsey Ferguson will be attending to the girls makeup, stay tuned for more. Yes the shovel will be there!

Trash the Dress and Cherish your Dress
So far we have five models, two dresses a car a rather nice Porsche 911 (mine) and a shovel. We need a little more and then it all happens. The pictures will feature in the new website FT Models and a few will feature at the Scottish Wedding Show at the SECC. If you’re wondering what the shovel is for then you’ll just have to wait and see!

Loudoun Academy Prom
Loudoun are holding their Prom on Tuesday at the Brig O” Doon. Should be a blast, photos will be on-line as soon as possible. All pictures will be delivered to the school as soon as possible, pick them up from the school office. Check back later next week for a link and an update.
