Wedding Fayre
Looking forward to the
wedding fayre tomorrow at Lochside House Hotel. If
you’re attending please come and brows our albums and
have a chat about your wedding plans.
Web site is due for an update within the next few
months or so. Wee bit busy at the moment so it’ll
have to wait a bit. Should be easier to navigate and
will have more to offer in terms of our products and
services. Older products sadly are being phased out
or scaled down to meet changing demands. Traditional
albums will still be available but to special order
only when existing stocks are gone. Increasingly we
have seen more interest in storybook and contemporary
albums than in our traditional range. We will be
offering more storybook albums, and books either in
place of or as part of a wedding package, samples
will be available later in the year. We’ll be
offering these products showcasing storybook style
weddings at the SECC later in the Autumn. So if your
interested in an album with a difference and you want
the full day covered then come and speak to us on our
stand tomorrow.
We’re getting lots of enquiries for wedding
photography availability this year! Yes, we still
have some dates available so please enquire, however
speak to us soon as they are disappearing fast.
SECC Wedding Show
We had an absolutely
sensational show on both Saturday and Sunday. Loads
and loads of enquiries so much so that we nearly ran
out of Brochures on Saturday and my apologies to
those on Sunday for the rather poor quality of the
brochures you received. We had to print lots more as
quickly as possible on Saturday evening to cope. Even
though we printed more, lots more even they
disappeared and were flying off the stand! Next time
I’ll think of a number and double it

for the show have been extended to allow
interested parties to make a decision, however

I managed to sneak away on Sunday and take some
pictures of the catwalk show for Glitterati, I took a few pics of
the guys as well, just for practise! New camera
EOS 5Dmk2 super quality even at high ISO for those
of you who might be interested. The shots above
are all available light, this camera has already
been used at weddings and allows us to do HD Video
of selected parts of the wedding and is great for
the first dance at the reception when the light is
very low, allowing us to capture the action and
without spoiling the atmosphere with flash! We are
now taking bookings for 2011 and will be offering
free multimedia DVD’s to any clients booking
before the 1st of January 2011. The DVD’s contain
selected clips from the wedding shot with the
above camera.
We’d also like to express our thanks to Caitlin our
lovely assistant on Sunday who helped out on our
stand and was super! Thanks Caitlin you’re a star
even though you eat all the cake you promised me, the
lemon flavour was probably delicious
Next Wedding Show is at the end of January. The
Ayrshire Wedding Show is the biggest and best in
Ayrshire and hope to meet you all there.
Lochside Wedding Fayre
We had a lot of interest from prospective brides and we had a great day meeting you all. If your going to the SECC please come and have a talk and another look at our albums. We’ll also be showing some of our ‘Trash the Dress’ pics along with some HD Video clips taken from a few of our weddings. At the moment for those who are interested we are providing them free of charge to all clients who book a Story Book or Contemporary album; this year only! All our offers will be once again available at the SECC for the duration of the show and for a week or two longer if you email us and express an interest. We know you don’t like to be rushed.
Please keep in mind we do a pre-wedding shoot, where we learn you to pose like a super model. This is now so much an essential part of our photography it would be difficult now not to do it, the difference for brides’ is ‘night and day’ on the day of the wedding. Your more relaxed and in control. We also fix our prices if you book, no increases unless you change your package! Now ask yourself what do others do?

SECC Wedding Show in September.
We are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the Scottish Wedding Show on the 19th and 20th of September at the SECC in Glasgow. As you know this is The Premier Event in Scotland for brides-to-be so don’t miss it. This will be our first appearance at this show and we are looking forward to meeting you all.
