New Products - Photoshoot Training

We are now offering training sessions to any couples who are not sure about what they want from their wedding photographer. Naturally some of us are shy and like to fade into the background. However this is impossible to do on your wedding day as you’ll both be the centre of attention. So why not sign up for a photoshoot with a difference! We’ll show you how to pose for all those ‘natural’ pictures that you’ve seen in magazines. Don’t tell anyone but most of the ‘natural’ pictures you’ve seen in magazines are carefully staged. So if your nervous and hate getting a camera pointed at you then this session is for you, yes seriously. It will give you confidence and allow you to be natural and less stiff looking in your wedding pictures. The cost is half price at the moment at £69 and you can take home all the ideas and practise them in the comfort of your own home.

Why are we doing this? So far we’ve offered this service to some couples on an adhoc basis. From a photographers point of view it is a delight to work with any one who has undergone some of the training we have given them. Everyone shows more confidence and more importantly they genuinely enjoy their day; after all it will be one less thing to worry about. We originally began this working with new inexperienced models, training young ladies how to pose and project themselves for the camera. This has been highly successful and several of them have been involved in various photoshoots with at least one model signing with an agency. We expect that several others, if they are determined enough will follow suit. Just like Suzie below!

Scottish Wedding Show

Just imagine your big day, you’ve spent lots of time and a whole lot of effort to make everything perfect. Florist, venue, cards, cake ‘the full Monty’. Then you discover that the choice of photographer wasn’t quite what you expected. You maybe thought it was the one area where you could cut a few corners, after all ‘who would notice’. A friend said he or she would do it, or perhaps they knew someone who could help after all they had a good camera. Oops, things went a wee bit wrong, some of the pictures didn’t come out. ‘the flash wasn’t working’, ‘the sun was in the wrong place’, ‘the bridesmaid was told not to move’. Now you’re asking yourself was it worth the least expensive option, after all ‘who would notice’! Better get in touch soon just in case! We’ll certainly make sure this doesn’t happen to you! Ayrshire Wedding Show

Thanks to everyone who visited our stand, we had a lovely time speaking to you all and I hope we can be of service at some point in the future. We’ll be at the SECC in February with an even bigger stand and showing more of our work. We had a lots of interest and enquiries about the Multi Media Package which includes HD Video. We’ll have more on this at the SECC and a few special offers. Also we’ll be looking very closely at our competitors offers and giving you even better value than them.
