Special offer Traditional albums do not include any image manipulaton, toning, tinting or conversion other than minor adjustments to colour and exposure. All other work is subject to surcharge. All prints in these albums are in colour unless the client has agreed to meet the cost of any conversion work at our standard rates.
All Special Offer Contemporary and Storybook albums are all inclusive of any additional work and only in exceptional circumstances will a surcharge be applied, clients would be notified in advance.
Special Offers
Our special Offers are not subject to any further discounts or promotions. All offers are subject to availability and are time limited.They are not subject to reduction regarding our out of season and mid week promotions and are available as is.
Time
If the time† for photography is 3 hours or more then the client is liable to provide a meal or/of sandwiches for the photographer and his assistants. Our time begins when we arrive at the venue.
Payment
Booking Fees are payable on all our Wedding Packages they are shown deducted from the total to pay in our On-Line Shop. Booking fees are non refundable. Final payment for any event is payable in advance, weddings must be paid in full no less than 28 days prior to the event. All special offers available from our website must first be confirmed by email. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the offer and will be subject to a 10% handling charge for the client. Payment of any offers must be made within 2 days of reply and may be made either by cheque or via PayPal on our website. Any errors/mistakes made by the client via PayPal will be subject to a 10% handling charge. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have made the right choice/decision before any payment occurs. We reserve the right to withdraw any and all special offers at any time without notice.
As all our products are essentially 'made to order', payment is required before work is commenced. Payment is accepted by cheque or via PayPal on our website.
Traveling costs
Traveling cost are applicable when the distance to the event is 30 miles or more from our studio. Overnight accommodation costs must also be met by the client should the event take place at a distance that makes traveling to and from the event unreasonable within a normal working day. Please contact us for further clarification.
Postage
Postage will be charged at the rate applicable on the date of posting, all orders are sent by either recorded delivery or special delivery and are insured for the full amount. We cannot be responsible for missing or delayed goods due to circumstances out with our control.
Refunds / Returns
The bespoke nature of each product means that we can only offer refunds or replacements where the materials are damaged or there is some error on our part. In this case contact us immediately to allow us to arrange a refund or replacement. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for any other reason other that that stated above and all sales are deemed final. Return of the item is the responsibility of the client and any items returned must be adequately packed and insured to ensure safe arrival. Returned items must be found to be in the condition supplied with any and all original packing.
All book sales are final, all images are subject to cropping and manipulation to fit the format of the book.
Size and Colour Matching
All sizes are nominal: there may be minor variations from those quoted. K & M Photography will endeavor to produce the closest colour match within the limitations of materials and processes. However, we cannot be held responsible for lighting circumstances out with our control.
Copyright and Reproduction
The copyright of all photographs created by K & M Photography shall be and shall remain the property of K & M Photography in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Clients have no right to reproduce or authorise reproduction of any of the photographs by any means whatsoever including photocopying, scanning into computer, copying onto film, videotape or any other electronic media. Any infringement of this is unlawful and may be deemed a criminal offense unless the client has permission to do so from K & M Photography in writing or the contract for the images provided allows reproduction. See conditions within the original contract.
Privacy
K & M Photography and K & M Photography's suppliers will use customers details for payment, record keeping and shipping purposes only, unless otherwise agreed. Private details are never used for marketing purposes nor passed onto any other third party for that purpose.
Liability
K & M Photography cannot be held liable for conditions out with our control and have limited liability to the client of no more than the total cost of the wedding package chosen. we endevour to provide the client with a merchantable service, if we are unable to do so due to the client or other un-forseen circumstances, then our contract with the client is terminated forthwith.
